*Remarks: Schools wishing to subscribe to Plan C or Plan D must first obtain, at their own expense, a valid “Licence for Schools to Use or Copy Past HKCEE/HKALE Question Papers and HKDSE Examination Question Papers, Sample Papers and Practice Papers – Licence 2 (95%)” issued by the Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) for the relevant school year (e.g., the 2026/27 school year).
Subject to the school holding the required HKEAA licence, the LATTE subscription service will provide supplementary licensing coverage for the remaining 5% of the copyright and associated fees. This will enable teachers and students to use the relevant functions of the LATTE e-learning platform to practise past HKDSE English Language Paper 1 examination papers for learning and teaching (L&T) purposes.
If a school fails to submit valid proof of purchase for the HKEAA Licence 2 (95%) for the relevant school year within the specified timeframe, the Service Provider may be unable to provide full platform services during the service period.
