“TeachTech+” can help teachers (both newly-appointed and serving teachers) reflect on their entire lesson and how to effectively address the needs of students with special educational needs. The feedback report also details aspects of the lesson plan and teaching that can be improved, enabling teachers to identify areas more clearly for optimization and plan their next steps in instruction.

The evaluation dimensions are very comprehensive, covering teaching objectives, the richness of teaching resources, and teacher feedback. They also take into account teachers’ language use and student diversity, providing suggestions for teachers to refine their lesson plans.
