Background
The AI in Education Forum Series launched by Hong Kong Education City (EdCity) is a strategic initiative aligned with the efforts of the Hong Kong SAR Government and the Education Bureau (EDB) to continuously promote professional development of teachers, and foster the integration of innovative technologies into teaching and learning. This flagship EdTech event: “AI in Education Forum Series & Showcase: eLAFP Deliverables & EdTech Solutions”. The event will take place on 5–6 February 2026 (Thursday and Friday).
Admission is free of charge. Highlights include a series of forums offering in-depth discussions on the latest trends in applying AI in education sector. The accompanying EdTech Solutions Exhibition will, for the first time, present all 22 eLAFP projects under the eLAFP funded by QEF, alongside other education technology initiatives.
Event Highlights
Seminars, Workshops, Demonstration Lessons and EdTech Solutions Showcase
These sessions will focus on practical teaching strategies and experience sharing. Frontline teachers will present real-life case studies on integrating eLAFP resources into school-based learning, inspiring innovative teaching approaches.
The showcase will feature over 50 local and international innovative solutions, including all 22 projects under eLAFP. Participants will have the opportunity to experience pioneering technologies and engage in one-on-one discussions to identify solutions that best meet their school-based needs.
